be in the moment - true committment
Real commitment is not forever. Real commitment is Right Now.  If you are truly committed right now, during this moment, forever will take care of itself. To be able to truly be committed to anything is part of the process of being truly and fully alive and awake.

Be Your Authentic Self
Be yourself.  Begin to look into the depth of you.  Explore the inner mystery.  Go beyond the cultural you; beyond the trained you; beyond the ‘cool’ you; beyond the you that is in an act. Become authentic.  Such courage is rare in human experience.  Become exceptional simply by becoming your true self.

Smile
Take a minute today to smile.  Amongst the frantic chaos we witness in our day to day lives, it is never a bad thing to smile.  We have more to be thankful for than we often take the time to realize.   Embrace the journey ahead - it will undoubtedly be a rocky one, but we have all the tools to navigate the path with integrity and grace.  Love.    -MD
